COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL
SOLAR ARRAY INSTALLATIONS
Solar array installation is a design-and-execution problem—not a “panel count” problem. A high-performing system starts with how your property uses electricity, where the sun hits the site across seasons, and what mounting approach fits your structure and land.
A well-designed system accounts for: roof condition and layout, snow/ice patterns, shading from trees or nearby buildings, the electrical service size, and where equipment will live (inverter placement, monitoring connectivity, shutoffs, and labeling). It also includes the paperwork: electrical permitting, utility interconnection documentation, and inspection coordination—so the system can be approved, commissioned, and monitored with confidence.
You can choose roof-mounted or ground-mounted solar arrays, and you can design them as solar-only or solar-plus-storage. If backup power is a priority, design choices change: you’ll likely size critical loads, plan for subpanel configurations, and think through runtime targets based on battery capacity and generator support.

Commercial systems must match operational constraints. We evaluate structural loading, roof access, and electrical capacity—then build a layout that respects facility uptime. If your building has large flat roof areas or adjacent land, we can compare roof mount vs. ground mount vs. carport-style concepts (if applicable) based on constructability and ROI.

FEDERAL INCENTIVE ACCURACY
Federal incentives and timelines matter—but they also change. For homeowners, the IRS states the Residential Clean Energy Credit equals 30% for qualifying property installed from 2022 through Dec. 31, 2025, and the credit is not available for property placed in service after Dec. 31, 2025 (with carryforward rules for unused credit amounts based on eligibility). Because tax situations are individualized, we recommend confirming eligibility with a qualified tax professional.
For commercial and public-sector projects, the IRS describes the Clean Electricity Investment Credit for qualifying facilities and energy storage placed in service after Dec. 31, 2024, with a base credit and potential increases, and it also notes options like elective payment/transfer may be available to certain tax-exempt and government entities (with pre-filing registration). We coordinate closely with your financial stakeholders so the technical system design supports your procurement and compliance requirements.
